DC Mayor Signs VegWeek 2011 Proclamation!

DC Mayor Vincent Gray signed a DC VegWeek 2011 Proclamation recognzing this week-long celebration as "an opportunity to explore the many delicious vegetarian options available" and that we can help protect our health against various ailments "by reducing the number of animal-based products we consume."
